Its an interesting aspect this. The two most opposite colours in the spectrum are the two by which we see thing most clearly. Look at any book, its written in black & white. Even though colour may evoke ambiance and emotion, its within these that most things appear in their unbias and truthful state. Dont mean to get too philosophical here on YOUR blog, but it just struck me when I gazed at the images of nature you posted here. I simply asked what my opinion of these images would be had they been in color...? Just a thought..

I chose to exhibit only b&w shots (besides my obsessionwith B&W.hehe) so that ppl can stop and think or wonder beyond the three colours if they want. Think about what emotion they want to put into the pics. what 'noise' they want to put into the pics through colour.form their own opinions and stories. coz that's exactly what i do when i see other B&W (which is why it fascinates me) and hopefully through their commentry about the pics (and the writing that sometimes will go with them) this blog will also maybe evolve into a forum of some sort one day.
