So this is no ordinary write-up. A bit deep because... she's my sister. My muse. My inspiration. And a breath of revolutionary air.
I am almost certain that Taboo shared my sentiments, when on the 15th of May, they decided to host Pearl's 27th Birthday party. I endeavoured to capture her energy within my shots, the beauty that is of a Thusi woman and intombi yomZulu, and the grandeur of the ingridents of a Taboo party. Lights, gorgeous people, turnup performances and incredible setups.
